Our reservations partners research, negotiate, and contract hotel room blocks for our clients with 50% of our company’s revenue donated to charity when you book. No financial commitments are required and all room blocks are on a "courtesy block" or "complimentary block" basis - requiring no minimum amount of rooms that need to actually book.

Process
Upon submission of your booking request form:
- One of our reservations partners will send you an email confirmation of the request within 1 business day.
- Hotel options will be provided via email within the two business days following your confirmation of request.
- You will then select the hotel you would like to move forward with (options are valid for one week).
- You will then receive confirmation of your group block, an introduction to your on-site hotel contact, and a booking link for your guests to use. You're good to go!

Question: How much does this service cost me?
Answer: The Benefit Block is a completely free service for all clients!
Question: Can I, and my guests, still receive hotel rewards points by booking through The Benefit Block?
Answer: Yes! Your guests will still receive their normal points and nights credits with the applicable hotel companies. In addition, you, as the planner, will receive a points bonus per dollar of total spend (up to 3x points per dollar).
Question: What kinds of discounts and value enhancements do you negotiate?
Answer: You can generally expect prices in the neighborhood of a 20% discount to what you are seeing online, however, this does vary depending on business activity at each hotel. Additionally, your group may qualify for complimentary concessions like breakfast included rates, complimentary rooms, lounge access, VIP upgrade allotments... and more! These vary on the volume of rooms booked and the availability for such as quoted by the hotel.
Question: What if I need assistance after my booking is completed?
Answer: Our customer service team is always available and happy to assist with anything you may need after booking!
Question: What hotels do you partner with?
Answer: We can book any hotel in the world regardless of brand or independent status.
Question: My event requires group transportation and/or offsite--activities or dinners. Can you assist with that too?
Answer: Yes! Your reservations partner will connect you with a representative from our preferred partner company for any private car service/van/transportation needs, as well as activities for your group, and any restaurant/offsite meal requests you need. These requests can be accommodated anywhere in the world as well. Please note this request on your submission form.
